JR: PORTRAIT OF A GENERATION 2004 - 2006
There were riots in Paris in 2005.The media presented teenagers as bad people.Jr was friends with these people and wanted to show them in a different way. He took 20 photos of each person to show the different emotions.Once he took the photos he put them all of over the city to show the French people that these people weren't actually bad people infact they were good people.

Gordon Magnin
Gordon Magnin creates a surreal image. He does this by taking picture of someone's face and edits them so shapes come out of them. He wants us consider the shapes that he's chosen. Magnin is considering the bigger picture in society. This is shown by the shapes that are on the persons face.
